Pay rate: $65,000 - $69,000 (depending on licensure) salaried per year
Schedule: Full Time, 40‑hour/week, Tuesday – Saturday
Location: Onsite in South Portland, ME.
The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Residential Crisis Clinician at our 8-bed, short-term crisis residential program. Broadway Crossings is part of our continuum of crisis intervention and stabilization services serving adults experiencing a mental health or co-occurring crisis located in South Portland. This position is responsible for provision of treatment, care coordination and crisis stabilization services to our clients.
We’re looking for a Residential Crisis Clinician who thrives as part of a highly collaborative team, is passionate about real‑time clinical work, who thinks creatively, adapts quickly, and brings both empathy and solid clinical judgment to the work.
