Terms of service

Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. Using the service means accepting what is written here.

1. What the service does

You describe the roles you want. They are matched against a market corpus collected and stored here: job postings published on company career boards and on the aggregators tracked by the scanner. When something fits, you hear about it.

When you decide a posting is worth it, you buy a CV for that posting. We generate it from the profile you gave us, put it through an automated review panel, and deliver it to you as a PDF.

2. Where the service stops

We apply for you. With the CV written for a posting, we fill and submit that employer's own application form from your profile. Automatic applications are on by default; you can switch them off in Settings at any time.

Interviews, offers and employment sit outside what a document can promise. A CV is a document, not an outcome.

Legal, immigration and tax advice sit outside this service, and nothing here substitutes for it.

3. Accounts

Anyone can create an account, and creating one is free. An account belongs to one person; do not share credentials.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your access details safe. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has them.

Give accurate information. An account created with someone else's identity will be closed.

4. Your content and who owns what

Your profile and everything you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so your searches run and your documents get written, and for nothing else.

The CV we generate for you is yours. Send it, edit it, reuse it, however you like.

The service itself (the engine, the market corpus, the review pipeline, the site) stays ours.

5. AI-generated documents

Your CV is written by AI models and reviewed by other AI models. The review panel is thorough, and it is not a person.

Read your CV before you send it anywhere. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to an employer, including anything a model got wrong and you did not correct.

6. Payment

CVs are sold one at a time. The price of the tier you choose is shown before you pay, in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of AppMaster Inc. Card details never reach our servers.

There is no subscription. Watching the market and sending you matches costs nothing; you pay only for a CV you choose to generate.

7. No refunds

Purchases are final. Buying a CV starts the machine work immediately, and the result cannot be returned or un-generated.

If a purchased run fails and delivers no CV at all, that is not a delivered product: contact us and we re-run it at no additional charge.

Disliking a delivered CV counts as a delivered run. Tell us what was wrong, because feedback shapes the pipeline, but the purchase stands.

8. Acceptable use

Do not ask the service to produce claims you know to be false, or to impersonate someone else.

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or the market data behind it.

Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the limits of the system. We may suspend an account that does.

9. Availability and changes

This is a young service. Features change, limits change, and it can be unavailable while we fix things.

If we change these terms materially, we will say so on this page and, where it affects you, by email. The date at the top is the version you are reading.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded, lost opportunities and lost earnings included.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase in question.

11. Governing law

The governing law and the venue for disputes will be stated here before general availability. Leaving it blank beats printing a jurisdiction that is still unsettled.

12. Contact
