Technical Service Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Principal Responsibilities

Provide after sales service to all hospitals units, research institutions and reference laboratories in the public and private sectors

Specific Duties

• Carry out instrument installation
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in the field
• Carry out reagent application and related troubleshooting
• Carry out customer training for instruments operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Provide telephone support to the customers
• Complete all required documentation to assure compliance with Abbott quality, regulatory, service/support procedures and processes
