Job Description:
Senior Sales Manager – A&K Nordics
The Senior Sales Manager will play a key role in driving profitable revenue growth for A&K Nordics by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients across international markets.
The role will have a particular focus on LATAM and Spanish-speaking markets, while also supporting business development opportunities across other international markets and segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales activities to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
- Identify and develop opportunities across international markets, with particular focus on LATAM and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, travel advisors, agencies and other key partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-up, accurate CRM information and strong conversion of opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability from existing clients and markets.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to support the continued development and evolution of the commercial function.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Product and Contracting teams to develop competitive and commercially sustainable proposals.
- Represent A&K Nordics at sales calls, client meetings, workshops, trade shows, familiarisation trips and other relevant sales activities.
- Support commercial planning, budgeting and forecasting by providing market intelligence and pipeline information.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively across the wider A&K Travel Group to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop international business.
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development or account management within travel, tourism, hospitality or a related industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of developing business relationships and generating revenue.
- Experience in developing business relationships across international markets and working effectively within multicultural environments.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple commercial priorities.
- Strong understanding of the luxury travel industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Nordic destinations and travel market is an advantage.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required. Portuguese is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
