Job Description:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides independent advanced practice nursing care including but not limited to completions of assessment, diagnosis, development of treatment plan including outcome identification, patient/family education, and implementation and evaluation of the treatment plan. • Performs patient rounding with an interdisciplinary team and participates in case conferences. • Performs comprehensive physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural assessments through observation, interview, review of medical records and clinical data inclusive of imaging and lab results. • Evaluates patient's response and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcomes

$103,558.34 - $192,620.72
