Job Description:

• Manages budget spreadsheet and stays within allocated budget.
• Responds quickly to issues identified by physicians, skillfully communicating to the appropriate administrator(s), and responds back to the physician.
• Implements strategic physician marketing plans and strategies, understanding profitability, setting appropriate tracking mechanisms, and demonstrating positive ROI.
• Works with strategically identified physicians to facilitate introductions to physicians and/or hospital programs and service with a focus on building business.
• Articulates issues facing departments and marketabilty and suggests potential solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy
• Ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision, multi-task and take direction in a matrixed work environment
• Fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales
• General knowledge of computer hardware and software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word) and familiarity with other relevant programs such as SalesForce and MarketWare

Education: • Associate [Required] • Bachelor's [Preferred] • Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study: • Associate in Marketing, Business, Communications, English

Work Experience: • 1+ healthcare or sales [Preferred]

Additional Information: An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: - Associates degree and 1+ years of experience OR - High School Grad or Equivalent and 3+ years of experience.

Licenses and Certifications: • Driver's License (DL) [Required] • Registered Nurse (RN) [Preferred] • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$60,756.80 - $113,006.40
