Strategy & Planning Team Lead

Manage a planning stream within a pod (up to 7–8 people, max 9), ensuring alignment with business goals and pod-level strategy
Ensure team effectiveness, workflow quality, and adherence to deadlines
Maintain deep involvement across all RFPs/RFIs handled by the team
Oversee task distribution, prioritization, and workload balancing
Manage handoffs and collaboration with Client Services and MPO
Lead hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new team members
Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
Identify and escalate team capacity or performance risks

5+ years in digital media planning
2+ years of experience managing teams (3-5 direct reports)
Hands-on DSP platform experience or strong multi-platform planning expertise
English proficiency: C1–C2; ability to communicate and express a point in verbal and written English easily
Proven experience in client-facing pitches and strategy presentations
Deep understanding of media infrastructure and execution
Demonstrated team leadership and soft skills
Advanced presentation and strategic planning capabilities
