What We Offer: Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance available day one of employment 401(k) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting of company match and core contributions Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Paid parental leave Adoption assistance Flexible Spending Accounts (medical, dependent daycare) Health Savings Account Life Insurance (AD&D), Supplemental AD&D What You’ll Do: As a Materials Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring materials and parts flow efficiently to support operations: Pick and prepare parts accurately for shipment Process material reservations and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP Monitor shared inbox for urgent and priority requests Coordinate same-day and emergency shipments Receive, label, and accurately stock material Support Shipping & Receiving operations (cross-trained role) Operate material handling equipment safely Maintain readiness to support critical needs, including on-call rotation What You Bring / Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2–5 years of material handling or logistics experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) SAP experience is a plus Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational and time management skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire) ✅ This is a safety-sensitive, plant-based role.
