JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Medicaid managed care professional to join our team as a strategic partner, deeply embedded within the Medicaid segment. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing Highmark's Medicaid strategy, with a particular focus on growth initiatives, product development, and both state and federal policy. The incumbent will support market and competitive analysis to support growth and product development. The incumbent will also be instrumental in analyzing legislation and regulatory policy, developing advocacy strategies, and translating complex policy landscapes into actionable plans.
This role is preferable to be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Hybrid 3 days a week onsite (T, W, Th). If outside of Pittsburgh can be remote.
