Job Description:

Practice: Independent practice group of 12 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners seek a Physician experienced in geriatric care to join our established outpatient geriatric clinic. The position will practice at our Lakewood office. This position offers competitive salary and benefits. Call of 1:12 evenly rotated through all the physicians. Great work environment.

The group is an independent group that partners with CommonSpirit Hospitals to run the geriatric outpatient clinics connected with St. Anthony’s and St. Anthony’s North Hospitals. The geriatric clinics only take Medicare and Medicare Advantage Insurance.

• 100% Outpatient
• Interdisciplinary Team with Physicians, RN’s, LCSW
• Epic EMR

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities):

• Experience in primary care outpatient clinics managing senior patients.
• BC/BE in FM or IM or Geriatrics

Job Schedule: Full time

Workdays: 4 days a week.

Compensation Range: $240,000-$260,000 plus bonus.
