EF is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design and implement comprehensive learning programs that enhance employee capabilities across multiple functions. This role will focus on creating structured learning paths, developing cross-functional training initiatives, and leveraging digital technologies to scale learning programs. The position will be instrumental in improving new hire onboarding experiences and supporting leadership development initiatives.
Key job responsibilities • Design and implement structured learning programs for new hires across various functions, including creating evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness • Partner with stakeholders to develop cross-functional training materials that enable skill development and knowledge transfer • Utilize digital tools and AI technologies to create and maintain up-to-date learning content • Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to evaluate program success and participant progress • Collaborate with global learning teams to align initiatives and share best practices • Implement gamification strategies to increase engagement and participation in learning initiatives
A day in the life In this role, candidate might start the day reviewing program metrics and participant feedback, collaborate with stakeholders to develop new training content, facilitate learning sessions, and work with technical teams to implement digital learning solutions. You'll partner with various teams to ensure learning programs meet their needs while maintaining consistency and quality across all initiatives.
About the team Our Learning & Development team is dedicated to enabling employee growth and development through innovative learning solutions. We focus on three core programs: new hire experience, cross-functional proficiency, and leadership development, all supported by digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Operations and E-Commerce related field - 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Learning and development, Corporate training - Experience in creation of Training content and modules - Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning tools
- Experience with AI-powered learning tools and content creation - Knowledge of gamification principles in learning and development - Experience in developing metrics and tracking program effectiveness
