Senior Technical Product Program Manager, Global Supply Chain Operations, AWS
Bellevue, Washington, United States
As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) you will be a trusted advisor and strategic transformation partner to some of AWS's largest and most complex customers, driving measurable business value realization across cloud, modernization, AI and agentic innovation. In this highly visible role, you will ensure that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.
You will be a critical partner to our customers, leveraging your experience with large-scale enterprise transformations to guide them through not only their cloud journey, but also the organizational, cultural and technological shifts required to succeed in the AI era. You will interface with customer executives and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between the core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services), product/engineering teams, partner organizations and customer teams to plan and support workload migrations, modernization programs and AI/GenAI initiatives.
You will translate strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions, working backwards from customer business outcomes and key milestones. Education plans, Executive Briefing Sessions, Executive Visioning workshops, go-live events and value reviews are among the critical items you will own. You will guide customers through organizational readiness, including change management, workforce reskilling, governance and process standardization, serving as the primary continuity role from strategy through execution.
As enterprises evolve towards agentic organizations, you will identify high-impact AI opportunities by engaging directly with line-of-business leaders, leveraging technical knowledge that meets defined "Tech Bar" standards to guide complex implementations. You will run immersion days, create prototypes and advocate on behalf of the customer, proactively solving challenges through new ideas, tools and mechanisms.
Successful candidates will have a strong delivery and change management background, be detail oriented, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and be exemplary communicators at both executive and team level. You will be a peer leader with the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate and lead through influence. Your enterprise experience and operational excellence will impact our customers' decisions, provide insight and help drive secure, robust and value-driven outcomes.
Do you look around corners for ways to engage and service customers? Are you passionate about using technology to solve business problems that have big customer impact?
