Sr. Product Manager, External Fulfillment

Amazon’s Marketplace connects over 2 million businesses, big and small, to millions of Amazon Customers. Amazon's External Fulfillment (EF) team empowers businesses who ship from their own warehouses (Merchant Fulfillment Network - MFN) with fulfillment and transportation technology that drives Customer demand generation, streamlines warehouse operations, and provides domestic/international transportation solutions to deliver with speed and reliability to Customers.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Buy Shipping product, which allows millions of merchants globally to access shipping labels from a suite of carriers, and ship packages from their warehouse to Customers. Annual shipping revenue on this product is >$1Bn today. You will be responsible for the driving the long term product vision, end to end improvements in the Seller shipping experience/Customer delivery experience, and overall product adoption, while owning the business P&L.

This role requires strong business acumen and product sense to drive adoption at scale. You will collaborate with multiple teams including WW EF, Marketplace teams, ShipTech, and marketing teams.

Key job responsibilities - Own the product vision & roadmap — Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for Buy Shipping, the platform enabling millions of global merchants to access multi-carrier shipping labels and ship packages to customers.

- Improve the end-to-end experience — Drive end-to-end improvements across both the Seller shipping experience and the Customer delivery experience.

- Drive adoption at scale — Grow overall product adoption across a global merchant base, applying strong business acumen and product sense.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration — Partner across multiple teams including WW EF, Marketplace, ShipTech, and Marketing to align on priorities and deliver results.

- Leverage carrier partnerships — Manage and optimize the suite of carrier integrations that power merchant shipping options.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience owning technology products

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders - MBA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
