Sr. Technical Program Manager, Devices Sales & Customer Experience (DCSX)

Amazon / AWS

Mexico City, Mexico City, MEX

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead the re-envisioning of our Devices Detail Pages programs in Mexico City. In this key role, you will drive the delivery of high-impact, next-generation Detail Pages experiences for Amazon Devices — shaping how millions of customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products like Echo, Fire TV, Kindle, and Fire Tablets.

You will own program strategy and execution end-to-end, partnering with engineering, product, design, and business teams to define roadmaps, manage complex cross-team dependencies, and deliver scalable solutions on time. This role requires a leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex programs, and influences senior stakeholders to align on priorities and trade-offs.

If you are a results-driven Technical Program Manager with a passion for delivering customer-facing products at scale, we would love to hear from you.

About Us: The Device Sales and Customer Experience (DSCX) organization plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Devices and Services, including Amazon Echo & Alexa products, Fire Tablets, Kindle E-readers, Fire TV products, and more. At the core of our responsibilities is the onsite shopping experience, where the team owns the worldwide technology powering detailed product pages. We also manage the warranties and trade-in/pre-owned businesses, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Our focus is on driving incremental sales through personalization, multivariate testing, bundles, upsells for devices and accessories, and installment options. To streamline operations, we oversee marketing automation, improving efficiency and reducing manual workloads. We also own data services, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering comprehensive cross-product line and cross-channel analytics.

Key job responsibilities - Program Strategy & Delivery: Own the end-to-end program lifecycle for Detail Pages initiatives — from scoping and requirements through launch and post-launch measurement. - Cross-Team Coordination: Drive alignment across multiple agile engineering, design, and product teams to manage dependencies, prioritize work, and deliver on the roadmap. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and precision. - Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify risks, blockers, and cross-org dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate when needed. - Process Excellence: Establish and improve program management mechanisms, reporting cadences, and delivery processes that scale with the team. - Metrics & Impact: Define success metrics and KPIs for programs, track progress, and ensure measurable customer and business impact.

A day in the life As a Sr. TPM on the DSCX team, you'll start your day reviewing program health dashboards and unblocking cross-team dependencies. You'll lead sprint planning and program reviews with engineering and product partners, drive alignment on priorities with stakeholders across Devices, and proactively surface risks to leadership. You'll dedicate time to refining roadmaps, improving delivery processes, and ensuring your programs are on track to deliver measurable customer impact.
