THE ROLE: As a Project Lead, CPQ & Rebate Transformation within Global Sales – BMO / Quoting & Rebating Operations, you will drive end-to-end optimization of quote-to-cash (Q2C) and rebate management processes. You will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Business Units, Deal Desk, and IT teams to deliver automation initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements while ensuring compliance within a SOX-controlled environment. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate is a hands-on project leader with deep expertise in Sales Operations, CPQ platforms, and rebate management processes. You are skilled at driving cross-functional alignment, facilitating process transformation workshops, and leading complex system and process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment and can effectively engage stakeholders across multiple regions and functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead CPQ and rebate transformation projects across the full project lifecycle, including intake, scoping, roadmap development, execution, UAT, and go-live activities. Facilitate cross-functional workshops focused on business process mapping, workflow documentation, and future-state design. Design and implement workflow improvements that reduce quote cycle times and improve rebate accuracy. Drive automation initiatives and system upgrades across CPQ and rebate management platforms in partnership with IT teams and vendors. Ensure compliance and governance standards are maintained across pricing, discount approval, and rebate program processes in alignment with SOX requirements. Develop change management strategies, stakeholder communications, and enablement materials to support global adoption. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), user adoption metrics, and project outcomes, providing regular reporting to leadership. Partner with Finance, Sales, Business Units, Deal Desk, and IT teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process standardization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall quote-to-cash and rebate management experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Solid history of project or program management experience within Sales Operations. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Model N, Vendavo, and Vistex, including implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects. Deep understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes and rebate/incentive management programs. Proven ability to facilitate process design workshops and drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Strong change management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience leading business process transformation and automation initiatives. Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements related to pricing, rebate, and approval workflows. Ability to work flexible hours to effectively collaborate with Asia-based teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
