OPS – Production Assistant

Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:

● Support production supervisors with day-to-day operations. ● Prepare and maintain production reports and logs. ● Conduct month end inventory for other materials. ● File Production reports. ● Assist with updating production procedures. ● Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Support daily production operations.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Monitor inventory and materials.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination.
• Help resolve production issues.
• Assis supervisors with administrative tasks.
• Support process improvement efforts.

Work Experience:

Ability to work quickly and efficiently

● 1-3 years of related job experience.

Education:

● High School Diploma/GED
