Responsibilities:

As a Claims Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Data Management: Maintain and review all data received by the Claims department, distributing it to the appropriate individuals on the Claims team.
• Security Log Maintenance: Update the security log for access to all PHI data.
• Claim Notifications: Review and process Large Claim Notifications, delivering them to all appropriate parties.
• Payment Handling: Record and distribute all Claim payments received to designated Claim Analysts.
• Clerical Support: Assist with filing and other clerical duties as needed.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school degree required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Confidentiality: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively with both internal and external parties.
• Adaptability: Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and eagerness to learn our business model.
