Senior Software Engineer, Robotics Tracking and Fusion
Washington, District of Columbia, United States
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Maritime team at Anduril builds world-class autonomous maritime platforms - undersea and surface vehicles and systems and seabed sensors. The team is responsible for taking products like Dive-LD, Dive-XL, Copperhead, and Seabed Sentry from concept to operational systems. As part of this team, your role will involve building the Product Operations function within a larger deployment and sustainment group. We work in close coordination with specialist teams including engineering, program management, and field operations to ensure successful employment of these products and to advance the state-of-the-possible in subsea robotics.
As a Product Operations Technical Specialist for Maritime, you will play an important role in ensuring the reliability and readiness of Anduril’s Maritime products. This family of intelligent, autonomous undersea systems work together to develop unmatched situational awareness, precision engagement, and scalable maritime dominance. You will be an integral piece to ensuring that Anduril meets this mission for our customers. In this role you will help support end users by following and improving field failure discovery, mitigation, and resolution processes. You will help identify failure modes that contribute to root cause analysis, and you will help deploy fixes and manage the incident lifecycle across the Maritime fleet. This position requires a strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on expertise in debugging and resolving complex electromechanical issues. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, advancing national security, and delivering best-in-class operational support, Anduril invites you to join the team.
