Location: Wilmington, DE Setting: School-Based | Onsite Schedule: Full-Time | 35 hours/week Contract Dates: August 24 – June 16 Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team serving K-5th grade students in Wilmington, Delaware for the upcoming school year.

Position Highlights

  • Serve students in Kindergarten through 5th grade

Caseload & Responsibilities

The SLP will work with a diverse caseload of approximately 40–50 students presenting with a range of communication needs, including:

  • Articulation and speech sound disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language delays
  • Fluency disorders
  • Other common pediatric communication disorders

Responsibilities will include providing individual and/or small-group speech therapy, developing and implementing IEP goals, completing required documentation, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Delaware SLP License required
  • ASHA certification/CCC-SLP preferred
  • Experience working with children is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping students reach their communication and academic goals
