In our first 2 years, Arbital Health has established itself as a trusted partner for over 40 payers, providers, and other stakeholders looking to navigate the complexities of risk-based contracting.

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer that will work across our product stack — from React components to API routes to the SQL queries behind them — owning features end to end, from design through production. You'll work in an AI-native environment -- fluency with AI coding tools isn't just a nice-to-have; it's how we ship fast without sacrificing quality. You will have real ownership early: you will be trusted to take a well-scoped problem and run with it. This is a strong fit if you care about the craft of building interfaces people actually enjoy using, and you want to go deep on a genuinely hard problem space: making complex healthcare and financial data legible.
