As a Fitness Instructor you will be responsible for creating a safe, effective, and engaging fitness environment for club members and guests. Your role includes supervising exercise programs, educating members on proper techniques, and developing personalized fitness plans tailored to individual goals and needs. In addition to offering expert guidance, you will actively promote the club’s services and facilities, ensuring a positive experience for all. By consistently delivering the three steps of service—Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells—you will contribute to a supportive and motivating atmosphere for members and guests.
