The Premium Seating Sales Executive will support membership and sponsorship recruitment, sales, and fulfillment under the Marketing & PR Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and fulfillment of venue sponsors and members. Work closely with the General Manager, Marketing & PR Manager, ASM Global, and other company resources to create custom sponsorship packages and attract new sponsors and members. Coordinate sponsor and member fulfillment including signage, hospitality, and activations. Work with the Finance department to schedule and confirm sponsor and member billing.
- Act as a sales generalist across sponsorships, premium seating, memberships and experiences, and private event bookings.
- Contact prospective clients, organizations, managers, and individuals to initiate the sales effort and establish interest in the partnership.
- Follow-up on leads generated by outside sources.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & PR Manager on prospective client meetings and track progress.
- Create bid and sales proposals for the arena using PowerPoint or Canva.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective clients.
- Draft sales contracts under the direction of the Marketing & PR Manager and organize executed agreements in Excel.
- Manage the preparation and design of arena brochures, pamphlets, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Establish an expansive network of organizations (non-profit, for-profit, association, corporate) representatives.
- Assists in tracking and accomplishing sales goals.
- Attend industry-specific trade shows, conferences, and meetings as necessary.
- Lead premium sales operations for non-team events, including premier box, terrace box, and other premium sales for events.
- Recruit prospective members and manage all aspects of fulfillment including member engagement, VIP experience, ticket bank fulfillment, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop a strategy for private event bookings in premium event spaces or arena bowls on non-concert or sporting event days.
- Manage sponsor ticket bank fulfillment and event communication to VIP guests.
- Recruit and schedule venue VIP Lounge staff and ensure premium spaces are ready for guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
Direct experience cultivating relationships, drafting new business proposals, closing deals, fulfilling agreements, and organization of contracts. A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year)
Area of Study: Marketing/Business Preferred Years of related work experience: 3-5 Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook with above-average proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Canva, and Google Cloud. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and foster relationships. Knowledge of documenting agreements. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
$26.45/hour plus commission
