Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Act as the daily runner, event assistant for the tour. · Shop for various items as requested by the tour manager or other tour personnel. · Pick up and deliver tour personnel and equipment as instructed by the tour manager or other tour personnel. · Provide clients with cost estimates for purchases. · Pick up/return rental vehicles. · Refill rental vehicles with gas. · Settle receipts with tour prior to the end of the shift/show · Pre-shop for catering or other needs as directed. · Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience · Previous work in back of house event support experience preferred. Other Qualifications Hours are event driven including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
