  • Job description Provide end-user support for hardware/software issues. Maintain documentation and coordinate trainings. Maintain and resolve problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity. In charge of helpdesk work and help office users resolve IT related productivity issues. Manage IT hardware assets and maintain the inventory information and work with related team on IT assets audit. Other tasks assigned from IT Manager/Office Manager. Requirements College or university graduated, major in computer science or IT or equivalent. Be familiar with PC management and Windows system configurations. Have a good sense of security operation and change management process. Have a great teamwork spirit. Focus and passion with IT technology. Communication in English is essential. Data center/server room maintenance experience is a plus. Familiar with AD/Window Server services is a plus. Familiar with Cloud Infra is a plus.
