Assistant Supervisor Canteen

Job Description Summary:

Responsibilities: Canteen Assistant Supervisor is responsible for the stock arrangements and inventory management, housekeeping management and Arrange pick up/delivery of food boxes. Coordination with the cross-functional team members for the preparation and distribution of food.

Job Description:

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness & hygiene of the canteen
• Assisting in routine works like handling groceries /vegetables/cylinders
• Oversee the food preparation with quality and consistency.
• Coordinate and assist in the process of food packing and delivery.
• Coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Assist to supervise the canteen workers for efficient operations.
• Handling inward/Outward of all the materials. Materials received need to be carefully checked and maintain the records.
• Materials Inventory management and other documentations in relation with canteen functions.
• Daily, Weekly and monthly stock report to be recorded. Minimum stock level of the canteen store need to be maintained.
• Organising regular food committee meetings.
• Working in any shift as required/assigned.
• Assist to ensure the health/safety regulations with Bio security protocols at canteen.
• Performing any other adhoc duties
