Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Work as part of a team to support in reaching sales goals as well as servicing existing customers in the dynamic and fast-paces Small Business Banking department.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and review new account applications and documentation required to determine if they are within the Bank's risk tolerance guidelines and assign applications to Relationship Managers as appropriate. Partner with Relationship Managers and collaborate with internal partners to ensure exceptional client experience.
• Perform due diligence on new small business deposit account applications, to asses risk and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations.
• Manage the external email inbox for Small Business Banking and resolve/respond as needed and or assign the email to the Relationship Manager for the relationship. Manage inbound customer service cases and ensure a timely response as well as adequate resolution.
• Act as the Small Business Banking SME to make recommendations and lead procedural and process enhancement initiatives for the group.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• 1+year's experience in financial services in a support/processing capacity
