THE ROLE

B2Spin is building the design system that powers gamification across a growing multi-brand Social Casino portfolio — and this is the person who builds it. As Senior Product Designer, you'll move the team from designing each mechanic from scratch to shipping from a set of robust primitives, patterns, and tooling that holds up without you in the room. You'll also own how AI fits into the design workflow, and make sure motion craft survives every reskin.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build the gamification system — create the primitives, patterns, and templates that produce mini-games, offers, bundles, loyalty, and progression mechanics at scale across multiple brands, designed to be operated by other designers and agents without your intervention

- Make AI a system, not a side project — audit where design work is slow or duplicated, then build the workflows and tooling that remove the bottleneck; own the quality bar across everything the function ships

- Spec and encode motion properly — design, prototype, and document animation with real curves, real states, and engineer-ready specs, then bake it into the primitives so timing and feel survive the tenth reskin

- Raise the team's ceiling — change how the team works, not just how you work; drive adoption of new processes and tooling you can actually point to

- Lead complex product design end to end — own the full arc from brief to build, staying close to the numbers and the decisions that determine what gets shipped

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven depth in design systems — componentisation, tokens, multi-brand theming, and versioning at meaningful scale

- Demonstrated AI fluency in practice: pipelines and tools you've built, with output that measurably changed the work (expect a working session)

- Experience owning gamification, rewards, loyalty, or progression mechanics — and familiarity with the numbers behind them

- A track record of changing how a team works, not just your own output — with adoption you can point to

- Strong motion craft: designing, prototyping, and speccing animation in Figma, ideally augmented with AI

- Enough code literacy to read a front end and build or vibecode tooling that actually ships

- Based in Gibraltar or Spain, or actively relocating

Nice to have: multi-brand or white-label product experience, live-ops-heavy environments, Rive
