What You’ll Do:
- Ensure all guest information, reservations, and service requests are fulfilled promptly, professionally, and with exceptional attention to detail.
- Deliver personalized concierge services, including dining, entertainment, recreation, transportation, and local attraction reservations and recommendations.
- Promote hotel amenities, food and beverage outlets, special events, and recreational offerings to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Coordinate VIP guest experiences, including arrival amenities, guest room inspections, special requests, and personalized follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as a primary resource for guests by providing accurate information, directions, and recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
- Ensures that all printed materials are accurate, timely, and designed to meet Loews Hotels standards.
- Partner with Sales, Meetings & Events, Food & Beverage and external vendors to coordinate transportation, group activities, special events, and unique guest arrival experiences.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate Guest Services initiatives maintaining service excellence standards.
- Maintain the appearance, organization, and presentation of the concierge desk, lobby, guest-facing materials, and information displays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, attractions, dining establishments, and entertainment providers to enhance guest offerings.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring positive outcomes and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety standards, emergency procedures, and brand service expectations.
- Foster a collaborative, guest-focused culture through teamwork, communication, professionalism, and continuous development.
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your Experience Includes:
- Minimum of three (3) years of concierge, guest services, front office, or luxury hospitality experience required, including at least one (1) year in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred.
- High School Diploma or relevant work experience required.
- Demonstrated experience delivering personalized, high-touch guest service in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, transportation, and destination services, with the ability to provide tailored recommendations and curate exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience coordinating VIP arrivals, special requests, amenities, and guest itineraries with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Certified Concierge Professional (CCP), Les Clefs d’Or membership, or other hospitality-related certifications preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time required.
