Job Summary:
Direct incoming calls from the switchboard and patient information lines in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely and professional manner. Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner. Job Description:
- Answer switchboard and information desk telephones in a professional and courteous manner and accurately connecting the caller with either the extension or information they need.
- Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Consistently ensure positive customer interactionsManages difficult or emotional individual situations Responds promptly to individual needs Responds to requests for service and assistance Fulfills commitments to individuals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year customer service experience
- Comfortable using common computer applications
