ABOUT BATHHOUSE
Bathhouse is where the sauna meets the social scene. Thermal pools, steam rooms, and elite hands-on treatments — all in a sleek, high-energy space. We're the intersection of wellness and social. Equal parts sanctuary and scene.
We build spaces where anyone, with any body, can show up and feel better leaving than they arrived.

- Assist with equipment setup, replacements, and improvement projects.
- Support safety procedures, including employee safety training and emergency protocols.
- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and parts; notify leadership when restocking is needed.
- Collaborate with operations, housekeeping, and hospitality teams to support facility standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Apprenticeship experience in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, etc.
- ~4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or a similar role (hospitality or spa environment a plus).
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
