Who You Are

You're someone who takes ownership of a high volume of work - you execute accurately and consistently, working independently and staying organized without close oversight. You dive into the details because you know that in this role, precision matters: the programs and educators who rely on brightwheel are counting on us to get it right. You follow our processes and SOPs accurately and consistently, and you know when to flag if something isn't serving the customer or brightwheel well. You're genuinely comfortable with technology and pick up new tools fast, using AI to move quicker without ever using it as a substitute for your own judgment or communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Keep our education product order pipeline moving - processing purchases and resolving order issues so customers get what they paid for, on time.
• Be the front line for customer and internal questions, digging in to find accurate answers.
• Maintain accurate records that our customers and internal processes depend on.
• Follow our processes accurately and consistently, while also surfacing opportunities to improve our efficiency and customer service.
• Use AI tools to move faster without cutting corners on quality or accuracy.

What You've Done

• Handled a high volume of detail-heavy tasks - order processing, data entry, ticketing, or similar - without sacrificing accuracy.
• Worked comfortably in Google Sheets or Excel to organize, clean, or QA data.
• Picked up new software or systems quickly, with minimal hand-holding.
• Communicated professionally with customers in English, ideally in a US-facing environment.
• Used AI tools as part of a daily workflow - genuine curiosity and ease adopting new tools matters more than a specific AI credential.

• You spot the root cause of a recurring issue, not just the symptom, and flag it before being asked.
• You find ways to work faster and more efficiently without cutting corners - even as the volume of tasks piles up.

Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, order-processing tools, product-specific systems and portals as needed, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude), Slack, email.
