We are currently looking for a strong Bonus & Content Manager to join our partner company, which is building products in the iGaming vertical. In the Bonus & Content Manager position, you will be responsible for:

Promotions & Bonuses

• Setting up and launching local promotional activities and user engagement mechanics, from concept development and admin panel configuration to creating promotional materials and final testing.
• Relaunching, optimizing, and regularly launching recurring promotional activities.
• Managing the promo calendar (daily / weekly activities).
• Setting up and maintaining the loyalty program.
• Maintaining and updating the promotional template library.
• Testing configured mechanics in the test environment.
• Checking the functionality and display of features.
• Promptly resolving issues with promotional activities by identifying bonus-related bugs, reconfiguring them, and relaunching campaigns.
• Documenting, providing detailed descriptions of, and tracking technical issues, with subsequent escalation to the technical team.
• Handling requests from VIP and Support teams, jointly investigating and promptly resolving incidents.
• Creating, configuring, and maintaining user segments in the admin panel for targeted promotional activities.
• Regularly auditing and cleaning up the admin panel by removing outdated campaigns, inactive templates, and test configurations.
• Handling requests from cross-functional departments and configuring promotional mechanics according to their needs.

Content Management

• Managing content within product collections and categories.
• Maintaining and updating content related to partners and providers.
• Managing product localization when launching new GEOs.
• Creating, populating, and visually formatting promotional elements on the website.
• Maintaining, promptly updating, and ensuring content consistency across all product areas and language localizations.
• Assigning tasks to teams to prepare upcoming promotional activities.
• Publishing and operationally managing website banners.
• Testing the correct display of content, layouts, and banners across different language localizations.
• Localizing and translating texts into other languages using AI, including proofreading and adaptation.

Cross-Functional Communication

• Daily cross-team communication and coordination with related departments.
• Synchronizing the work of the cross-functional team responsible for preparing, monitoring, and launching upcoming promotional activities.
• Providing the CRM team with detailed information about technical and content changes in promotional activities to ensure timely updates to texts in campaigns and push notifications and accurate user communication.

Must-have experience for this role:

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming.
• Experience working with CMS.
• Experience setting up promotional activities.
• Basic understanding of working with text content and its publication.
• Confident use of task management and collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, Notion, Confluence).
• Basic HTML skills will be a strong advantage for content formatting.
• English at A2+ or B1 level — written English for working with texts (understanding technical requirements, proofreading copywriter materials and content published on the website).
