- Build and lead the team, starting with an Operations Manager and scaling the function as the scope grows.
- Manage service metrics, time tracking, internal billing, budget allocation, and regular business reviews with shareholders.
Corporate Function Integration
- Establish clear engagement models with corporate functions without duplicating existing expertise.
- Coordinate dedicated resources and time quotas where needed, while protecting corporate teams from fragmented ad hoc requests.

- Solid understanding of tax, legal, and banking matters relevant to personal and cross-border affairs.
- Ability to effectively coordinate and manage external advisors and internal stakeholders across tax, legal, banking, investment, and other relevant domains.
- Experience building and leading teams, managing external vendors, negotiating scopes and commercial terms, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Experience Supporting Senior Stakeholders
- Significant experience working directly with founders, business owners, senior executives, or other high-profile individuals, with a strong ability to understand complex needs and deliver a high level of trust, discretion, and service.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, both written and spoken.
Personal qualities:
- Service Orientation - Committed to delivering exceptional service while balancing responsiveness with long-term stakeholder interests.
