Junior Project Manager | Inspirio

We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join Inspirio, a project focused on the fast launch, development, and scaling of mobile applications.

• 35 core team members and a network of external partners

Your focus will include:

• Support the app production flow - from concept to release.
• Define project goals, scope, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, stakeholders).
• Collaborating, identifying, and tracking possible dependencies and risks.
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of all project tasks.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, and resources, providing regular status updates.
• Continuously improve processes and suggest innovative solutions.

You’re our ideal candidate if you:

• Have 6+ months of experience as a Project Manager.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and set clear goals in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in tracking and analyzing project performance metrics.
• Proven experience in leading and managing IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Kanban).
• English (Intermediate and higher).
• Experience with App Store / Google Play release cycles is a plus.
