Currently, we are looking for a PPC Specialist (Google Ads: GDN / Demand Gen) to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.

As a PPC Specialist (Google Ads: GDN / Demand Gen), your challenges will include:

• Launching and developing a new display advertising direction in Google Ads (GDN, Demand Gen, YouTube) from scratch.
• Building and optimizing marketing funnels for digital entertainment products.
• Planning and conducting experiments: developing hypotheses, launching A/B tests, and scaling successful solutions.
• Identifying new opportunities to scale display advertising through Google Ads (GDN, Demand Gen).
• Building systematic analytics and regular reporting, and identifying growth opportunities based on data.
• Working closely with the User Acquisition team to develop a shared strategy and exchange insights.

We are looking for a specialist who:

• Has 1.5+ years of experience with Google Ads (GDN, Demand Gen, YouTube), with a focus on display advertising.
• Has successful experience launching and scaling advertising campaigns with budgets of $100K+.
• Has experience building and optimizing marketing funnels.
• Regularly conducts A/B tests and makes data-driven decisions.
• Is confident working with analytics tools (GA4, trackers, dashboards) and can identify actionable insights from data.
• Has a systematic mindset, is proactive, and is motivated to build processes rather than simply maintain existing ones.

It will be a plus:

• Understanding of the specifics of entertainment products.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience using AI tools.
