We’re currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join Logos — a business developing an AI-powered self-discovery platform.

At the core of the product is AI as a personal companion that supports users on their journey of self-discovery. The product’s key value is helping people gain clarity about who they are, what they want, and why they make certain decisions. Its mission is to help people live happier lives by changing the way they understand themselves and perceive the world.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:

• Lead the entire design direction and report directly to the CEO — be the sole owner of design decisions and priorities.
• Own end-to-end design for mobile and web, working closely with developers and the CEO.
• Build and maintain one design system shared across platforms.
• Own conversion across App Store → onboarding → paywall → activation.
• Design the core Self Map experience — the product’s differentiator.
• Bake AI tools into the daily workflow to ship faster every sprint.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has end-to-end product design experience — no separate UI executor needed.
• Has simultaneous depth in mobile and web.
• Has experience in Growth & CRO design — onboarding, activation, paywall flows.
• Understands the core principles and approaches of A/B testing: how hypotheses are formed and what makes a valid test.
• Has English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher: the product targets the US market, so UI copy, onboarding microcopy, and ad creatives must read naturally and be polished for a native audience.
• Has team-building fundamentals — has hired, briefed, or managed designers/contractors before; is ready to build and lead a design team as the company scales toward a Head of Design / CDO path.
• Has experience building design systems / component libraries for multi-platform reuse.
• Uses an AI-native workflow — Figma AI/Make or equivalent, generative tools, design-to-code.
