Support Specialist | Traffic7

We are currently looking for a Support Specialist for one of our businesses, Traffic7, who will support the account and technical infrastructure required for stable performance marketing operations.

Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.

As a Support Specialist, you will work with the team to: You will work with the team to:

• Manage account infrastructure, including ordering, accepting, verifying, distributing, and replacing accounts and related resources.
• Maintain account and supplier records, track statuses, and monitor supplier performance.
• Manage app infrastructure, including App IDs, access sharing, statuses, rejections, bans, and available inventory.
• Set up and maintain tracking tools, connect accounts, configure access, and verify data transfer between trackers and ad platforms.
• Manage shared infrastructure expenses, balances, and project-level cost tracking.
• Regularly monitor account and app statuses and coordinate replacements, fixes, and appeals when needed.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have a basic understanding of the Meta/Facebook ecosystem, including ad accounts, Business Manager, Fan Pages, limits, billing, and common ban reasons.
• Have experience with anti-detect browsers, proxies, 2FA, and email accounts.
• Understand how to evaluate purchased accounts, including account activity, limits, Business Manager, payment methods, age, and region.
• Have a basic understanding of trackers such as Keitaro, Binom, or Funnel, including account connections, postbacks, pixels, events, and data reconciliation.
• Have a basic understanding of app management, including App IDs, account sharing, statuses, and rejections.
• Are confident working with Google Sheets and Docs, including maintaining registers, tracking tables, and using basic formulas.
• Can build and document processes and are motivated to automate routine tasks.
• Have experience with AI tools and can independently use AI coding tools to automate routine processes and build simple solutions.
