Service Program Analyst
The Opportunity:
Provide data analytics and future year resource planning support to a Military Service Headquarters organization. Apply understanding of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes to support planning, programming, and budgeting requirements. Leverage appropriate DoD financial systems to analyze historical POM submissions and budget execution data. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and interpret financial and operational data. Develop robust and defensible deliverables such as briefings and reports for a variety of audiences across the DoD, including deliverables for senior executive leaders and program managers. Organize and facilitate meetings and conference calls, generate meeting minutes, and facilitate successful completion of action items.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience working with the DoD
- Experience supporting the DoD’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) financial resource cycle
- Experience with DoD budget systems, such as the Program Budget Information System (PBIS) and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Knowledge of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process
- Ability to be a self-starter and manage competing priorities in a critical, fast–paced environment
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

- Experience working within a Military Department or Service Headquarters
- Experience in enterprise program management
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
