The Opportunity:

As a communications advisor, you’ll directly impact the development of creative strategic communications solutions. You will shape relationships with team members and clients to facilitate the adoption of cyber workforce strategies, policies, and programs while helping the Department of War (DoW) remain an employer of choice among cyber professionals. You will manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced client environment to develop compelling written and visual communications in support of DoW campaigns. You’ll oversee the development of key strategic communications products that clearly convey critical information to recruit, develop, and retain top cyber talent. You Have:

• 10+ years of experience providing strategic communications expertise
• Experience designing and implementing communication strategies or campaigns and delivering communication products for audiences using multiple communication channels
• Experience with social media and digital marketing
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
• Knowledge of DoW-enterprise or Component-level communication channels
• Ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a relevant field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
