Your Role
As a Demo Lesson Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 demo classes in Math and ELA using our ready-made materials.
- Use ready-made materials and detailed lesson scripts — no need to create your own content.
- Showcase Brighterly’s unique approach to parents and students, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide feedback to the team on lessons and student engagement.
- Track performance and share insights to improve the learning experience.

What We’re Looking For
- C1+ English proficiency, with a clear, neutral accent.
- A passion for teaching and making math exciting for children.
- At least 6 months of teaching experience with kids (Math or English).
- At least high-school level Math & English knowledge and diploma.
- Strong knowledge of math concepts taught at the K–8 level.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Availability for at least 20 hours/week (weekdays - priority).
