Estimated Options Specialist

The Estimated Options Specialist (EOS) serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding measurable data administration. This role is responsible for the accurate entry, maintenance, validation, and optimization of measurable options within BuildOn’s systems. The specialist ensures all product descriptions, pricing, configurations, and material requirements are entered with precision and aligned to customer specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customers’ estimated option catalogs, including product descriptions, pricing, and configuration details.
• Process adds, drops, and periodic updates to ensure programs remain accurate and current.
• Perform ongoing quality assurance to ensure catalog accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Maintain clear and professional communication to ensure alignment on updates and changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of requests.
• Ensure estimating outputs align with customer specifications and system requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of data administration or estimating experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in residential homebuilding or construction industry preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Working Conditions
