Principal Product Engineer

Position Description

• Develop the flow with Cadence tools to from advanced process technologies to provide benefit to the customer
• Collaborate with R&D and Foundry to deliver high quality Cadence tools to mutual customers.
• Align with R&D, Marketing to set business goal, strategy, plan & priority.
• Ability to analyze, communicate and lead resolution of complex technical issues for customers and team members.
• Proactively seeks more information to address issues/problems. Understands how and where to obtain and utilize resources effectively to resolve issues and problems.

Position Requirements

• Possesses good working knowledge of Cell-based flow
• Possesses IR-Drop/EM/APR/Full layout experience would be a plus
• Experience in using Cadence Digital Design signoff tools such as Voltus and Quantus is much preferred
• Good command of both oral and written English is required
• A good team player and be customer focused
