Job profile: Sr Design Engineering Architect

Working location: Singapore (Home office)

• The role is for a Sr. Architect of Technical Publications and Customer Experience.
• The initial role is to lead small technical publications team and focus first on revamping all of our external facing documentation from a technical and IP integration and silicon bring up POV.
• The role would involve running the day to day operations of the team , improving all of our documentation collateral, helping our customers improve their experience with integrating and bringin up our IP, and helping create/proliferate our agentic AI methodology into Tech Pubs.
• In addition the candidate needs to be hands on to understand how our IPs work, including FW, and the technical challenges our customer face to integrate and bring up our IP.
• The candidate will get feedback from our internal services teams, Product Engineering teams, and external customers to drive improvements. The candidate will also work with our Marketing and Sales teams to ensure our customers have the correct and timely datasheet and specs for pre-sales.
• The secondary and later phase of this role is to also work with our Product Engineering teams to help with local APAC customer experience especially around IP integration, and bringup.
