We are seeking a Human Resources Director for Littelfuse’s Transportation & Logistics (T&L) Business Unit, a global business with approximately $700 million in revenue and 5,500 employees across North America, Asia, and Europe.

Reporting to the T&L Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner, this role will serve as the strategic HR partner to T&L Global Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Technology. The HR Director will lead the organization, talent, and culture strategy and framework and drive its execution across the global business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership

Serve as strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to T&L global functional leaders across Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Technology, shaping organizational, talent, and capability strategies that support go-to-market execution, scalable growth, operational performance, and long-term business objectives.

Translate business priorities into integrated talent, leadership, organizational, and workforce capability strategies that strengthen performance, build critical skills, and enable future growth.

Coach and counsel leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership and talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and the capabilities required to execute business strategy.

Enable cross-functional partnership among Technology and Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and Operations to strengthen enterprise capabilities, improve portfolio execution and product commercialization, and deliver business priorities.

  • Partner with Manufacturing and Operational Excellence leaders across five sites to align workforce capability, analytics, and talent strategies with safety, quality, productivity, capacity, automation, and transformation priorities.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to align organization design, workforce capabilities, leadership pipelines, and talent strategies with commercial growth, customer, market, and go-to-market priorities; lead change management for the sales organization and support the design and effectiveness of sales incentive programs.
  • Partner with Technology and Engineering leaders to build critical technical talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities that accelerate innovation, product development, and speed to market.

T&L Culture, Global Talent and Leadership Development

  • Lead the development and execution of the T&L organization, talent, and culture strategy and framework.
  • Establish priorities, governance, ownership, milestones, and measures to drive consistent global execution and accountability.
  • Identify and develop critical talent pipelines to support future business growth and leadership succession.
  • Partner with global HR teams across north America, Europe and Asia to ensure consistent execution of talent strategies while respecting regional requirements and cultural considerations.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, inclusion, and overall employee experience.

Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness

  • Lead organizational change initiatives associated with growth, operational excellence, acquisitions, integrations, restructuring, and business transformation efforts.
  • Develop and execute change management, communication, and leadership alignment strategies that drive successful adoption of business initiatives.
  • Support implementation of new systems, processes, and organizational structures, including Workday and enterprise-wide HR programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to build organizational agility and strengthen leadership capabilities during periods of change.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting complex, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success as a strategic HR partner to senior operations, commercial, marketing, technology, or functional leaders.
  • Strong experience in organization design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, culture, engagement, and change management.
  • Proven ability to develop strategy, establish governance, influence senior leaders, and drive execution through others.
  • Global business and financial acumen, with experience working across regions and cultures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.

Salary Range:

$166,000 - $240,460

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
