Experienced Carpet & Floor Technician Wanted

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpet & Floor Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial floor care and carpet maintenance and take pride in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Carpet cleaning, extraction, and spot treatment
• Floor stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing
• Operating floor care equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of commercial facilities
• Following safety procedures and company standards
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns

Requirements:

• Previous carpet and floor care experience required
• Knowledge of floor machines, buffers, burnishers, and carpet extraction equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
