- Direct sponsorship, experiential, and event activation strategy (including on-site presence at CES) where it advances brand and demand goals
- Abide by brand standards and channel guidelines when activating across the portfolio
- Coordinate paid media, social/influencer, SEO/owned content, and CRM/lifecycle activity around each tentpole moment so the customer experiences one connected story, not disconnected channel campaigns

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Certifications or continuing education in project/program management (e.g., PMP, agile marketing) are a plus
- 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, including direct ownership of integrated campaign planning, brand activation, or event/experiential marketing

- Experience coordinating (not necessarily owning) paid media, social, SEO/content, and CRM/lifecycle teams around a shared campaign calendar
- Experience managing event, production, or experiential agency partners, including budget and timeline accountability
- Experience in a multi-brand, multi-BU, or B2B/B2C portfolio is a plus, given the scope across MyQ, LiftMaster, and Chamberlain
- Excellent integrator and project manager — comfortable being the person who holds the calendar and the room, even without direct authority over channel budgets or teams
- Strong written communicator; writes clear campaign briefs and post-campaign readouts that others can act on
- Commercially minded — evaluates brand and tentpole investment against acquisition and pipeline outcomes, not just reach
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders at once without losing sight of deadlines
- Confident and calm under the pressure of live events and hard launch dates
