Pay Range
$150,000.00 - $450,000.00
The Division Chief will oversee and lead clinical and programmatic activities in the Division of General Pediatrics & Community Health. The Division Chief will work closely with CNHS and Goldberg Center leadership, primary care faculty and interdisciplinary care teams to successfully develop and implement the strategic vision for excellence in care delivery and community health. The Division Chief will collaborate with the Associate Division Chief and Director, Academic Development and division faculty to promote academic success for the Division, its faculty and related programs. The Division Chief will represent the Division and Goldberg Center in leadership meetings and philanthropic engagement.
Minimum Education Medical Doctor (M.D.) Requires Medical Doctor degree from an accredited medical school. (Required) And MPH Masters of Public Health preferred. (Preferred)
Required Licenses and Certifications Fully licensed and credentialed attending staff category physician on the medical staff of Children’s National Medical Center. (Required)

The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children’s National believes an individual’s base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children’s National compensation philosophy. These factors are legitimate and non-discriminatory including, but not limited to, the current market conditions; organizational needs; the individual’s combination of prior work experience, level of education, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications. Children’s National is committed to providing a fair and competitive total rewards package to each of our employees. This base salary range does not include our comprehensive benefits package or any additional compensation for which this position may be eligible.
