Officer, Claims

• Medical hospitalization and clinical surgery assessment in comply with policy provision and medical guideline
• Assess complicated cancer cases regarding international medical guidelines (e.g. FDA and NCCN etc.)
• Assess medications and/or diagnostic tests regarding medical guidelines (e.g. FDA, Department of Health etc)
• Task prioritization: Work under pressure and manage various priorities including daily claim cases, regular claims enquiries, ad hoc tasks etc.
