The Role

We are seeking a passionate Security Engineer (SE) for our Cybersecurity Presales Engineering team supporting the Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) and Mid Market segments throughout Latin America (LATAM). This role focuses on delivering technical expertise and solutions to customers, collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive technical strategy and address cybersecurity challenges specific to the LATAM market.

Background for Success

We are looking for an SE with strong technical skills in cybersecurity presales, engineering, or solution architecture, who is enthusiastic about technology and eager to engage with customers and partners to deliver impactful solutions.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute technical sales strategies tailored to SMB and Mid Market customers in LATAM.

Translate complex cybersecurity technologies into clear, approachable concepts for diverse audiences.

Demonstrate a strong desire to contribute to a winning sales team and customer success.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cybersecurity presales, engineering, or solution architecture.
• Proven knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus but not required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, PreSales, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• This position requires bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively engage with diverse customers and teams.
• 1-3 years in a technical role such as solutions engineer, consultant, or customer success engineer with a solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions, terminology, markets, and customer needs.
