Head of Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a senior leadership opportunity to own the full growth engine of a fast-scaling AI SaaS company, reporting directly to the CEO. You will manage a seven-figure monthly budget, drive the majority of company revenue, and build a world-class growth team from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own and optimize the full growth funnel across performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, and conversion rate optimization.

- Drive product growth initiatives including funnel design, pricing strategy, positioning, and onboarding.

- Build and scale a high-performing growth team by setting strategy and hiring top talent.

- Make fast, data-driven decisions to allocate budget and prioritize initiatives across channels.

- Lead expansion into new international markets and manage growth across geographies.

- Define growth strategy and KPIs and report performance directly to the CEO.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 8 or more years in marketing or growth leadership roles, with a proven track record scaling companies from early stage to eight or nine-figure ARR.

- Demonstrated experience owning and managing budgets of €15M or more annually, with P&L accountability.

- Strong analytical mindset and comfort making rapid, data-driven decisions through experimentation.

- Proven success launching and scaling into new international markets with measurable revenue impact.

- Hands-on expertise across performance marketing, SEO, CRO, website optimization, growth analytics, and lifecycle management.

- Experience owning product growth levers including funnel design, pricing strategy, and positioning.

- Track record building and leading high-caliber marketing or growth teams in fast-moving environments.

- In-house experience at a high-growth B2B or Product-Led Growth SaaS company, ideally in AI or enterprise software.

- Experience scaling companies in European markets or with European customer bases is a plus.

- Local work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: €150,000 to €250,000 annually. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to one of the office locations.

LOCATION

On-site in Munich (Germany), Vienna (Austria), Barcelona (Spain), or London (UK). Munich is the primary location. Relocation support is available.
